Strength and conditioning class designed to sculpt, tone, and strengthen the entire body through multiple repetitions, keeping your body challenged and in full-fat burning mode.
cardio/sculpt
A Total Body conditioning class. Through basic movements and the use of hand weights and resistance bands, your muscles with strengthen and cardiovascular will increase. Improve overall fitness, and athleticism.
spin
A fun, heart-pumping workout. Ride on the flats, up hills, through rolling hills led by an instructor motivated by great music. Spin is perfect for everyone since you control the resistance and pedal speed creating just the right intensity for you. All levels of fitness can enjoy this spin class.
Zumba®
Each Zumba® class is designed to bring people together to sweat it on. How It Works We take the "work" out of workout, by mixing low-intensity and high-intensity moves for an interval-style, calorie-burning dance fitness party. Once the Latin and World rhythms take over, you'll see why Zumba® Fitness classes are often called exercise in disguise. full body
A high-intensity, full body workout that burns calories after you leave the gym. The class incorporates full body dynamic movements to push your limits using dumbbells, varied intervals and multi-directional movements which help develop more cardiovascular conditioning and functional strength. This is a dynamic class designed specifically to increase strength, stamina, and agility through a series of calisthenics, athletic drills and resistance training
yoga
This is a fun, non-intimidating multi-level Vinyasa Flow class designed for beginning students as well as advanced Yogis and Yoginis. The class flows from one posture to another with each movement synchronized to a breath and sometimes incorporates light weights, balls and Bosu in class. No two classes are alike! Taught by Laurina Samsel E-RYT 500, who along with being a Personal Fitness Trainer, has 20 years experience teaching Yoga and 30 years experience teaching group fitness classes.
